I am working exclusively with a multi-award winning Finance/Insurance company in East London to help them hire for a brand new role on their team, an SEO Manager. They operate across multiple countries, serving millions of customers every year and they have been named as one of the top insurance companies to work with in the UK!

You will join a scaling Marketing team and report to the Senior SEO Manager. Your role will involve Technical & Content SEO execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies. They offer a flexible working policy, which requires travel to their East London office 1 day per week.

The Role:

• Execute on the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and revenue.

• Manage their external SEO agencies - one in the UK and one in Australia.

• Conduct technical audits, spot checks and technical analysis to identify issues and provide recommendations.

• Execute on the content strategy - keyword research, creating content briefs and performing gap analysis.

• Competitor Analysis - use insights to refine strategy.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance SEO processes and improve results.

• Keep up to date with SEO trends and insights.

Ideal Experience:

• +3 years experience working in an executional SEO role

• Proven track record of driving organic growth

• Agency background is preferred but not essential

• Technical SEO experience is essential (Content SEO highly desired)

• Skilled in Tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.

• Analytical mindset and experience in SEO reporting

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable being hands on in the execution

• Experience with WordPress & Webflow is a bonus!
