We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Bid Manager to join our dynamic team in a leadership role of 6 bid managers. As the Senior Strategic Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth and success by leading the development and implementation of strategic bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Strategic Bid Manager:

  • Collaborate closely with partners, lawyers, and other key stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop tailored bid strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and client trends to inform bid strategy.
  • Manage a team of bid professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of bids.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling bid content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the firm's brand and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain a library of bid materials, templates, and best practices to streamline the bid management process.
  • Monitor bid performance and outcomes, capturing lessons learned and leveraging insights to inform future bid strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bid management, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex bids and proposals, with a proven ability to win new business.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
