Overview
 This is a unique role for a senior product manager who thrives in a zero-to-one environment, with strong expertise in payments, product strategy, and customer-led innovation.
 
You'll be shaping a core financial service used by over 22 million in a business that prioritises user needs, ethical lending, and technology-led solutions to improve financial wellbeing.
 
Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a new consolidation proposition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate ideas and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive alignment across user experience, business needs, and technical feasibility.
• Design innovative, secure, and scalable payment flows that enable frictionless user experiences.
• Apply deep knowledge of payment processing, fraud, risk, and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch – owning discovery, development, testing, and iteration.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to build and scale a high-impact consumer product.
• Understand the regulatory landscape of financial products and ensure the product is fully compliant.

About You

• Experience delivering zero-to-one products in a high-growth or startup environment
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including fraud, compliance and lending, if possible
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements in product decisions
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working across commercial, technical, and compliance teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to drive decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Experience in lending or debt consolidation is a plus but not required
