Product Role Overview:

The Lead Product Manager will be pivotal in shaping the product function, setting up processes, and success frameworks, and fostering a collaborative working environment. Reporting to the Founder and Co-founder, you will be the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and the tech team. You will prioritize products based on data-driven insights to solve key customer problems and drive company growth. This high-profile role requires extensive research and customer interaction to identify opportunities, increase revenue, and expand market share.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience in a Seed or Series A stage businesses.
  • Strong commercial and customer-focused mindset with strategic thinking.
  • Ability to translate complex opportunities into clear goals and plans.
  • Growth Mindset
  • Experience in an Edtech or School Technology product is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in implementing agile methodology and ways of working
  • Not being afraid of wearing many hats and taking on lots of ambiguity
