Product Manager
- Location: London - City - Hybrid - 3 days a week
- Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 + 15% bonus and equity
We’re excited to announce a partnership with a new company that has just reached superapp status. We are looking for an exceptionally talented Product Manager to lead the development of their new products in B2B. This role is highly influential, allowing you to set the strategy, drive the roadmap, and achieve impactful results that align with their broader Business vision.
Your Role and Impact:
- Strategic Leadership: Define the product direction and strategy, collaborating with senior leadership to create a tailored product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers, partners, and the sales team to understand business needs, address pain points, and prioritise feature development.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and development through to launch and continuous enhancement.
- Market and Customer Insight: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities for partners and businesses using Business Messages. Analyse customer feedback to inform and improve product decisions.
- Financial Accountability: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Business Solutions, assessing product performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive Product management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in API messaging solutions.
- A strong understanding of market trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate
- Proven success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth, particularly in messaging applications.
- Experience with data analysis and utilizing KPIs to track and enhance product performance.
- Ability to solve complex problems, think innovatively and collaborate effectively.
