We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to oversee marketing campaigns for a globally recognized business. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand value across all platforms.

 

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are executed effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels to achieve revenue and visitor targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of three marketing professionals.
  • Take ownership of marketing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance for campaigns.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring the portfolio remains innovative and relevant to target audiences.
  • Oversee marketing communications, including emails, social media, PPC, and website content.
  • Collaborate with digital and data teams to drive audience engagement and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Report directly to the Portfolio Head of Marketing, providing insights and updates on campaign performance and strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys and adapt marketing strategies to changing market needs.

 

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience, preferably within the events sector.
  • Background in the energy or mining sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver data-driven marketing results.
  • Experience in multi-channel campaigns and high-level performance reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
