Senior Marketing Manager
Southampton (hybrid)
£50-55k + 10% bonus 
 
3Search are delighted to continue working with one of the UK's most established and interesting companies based in Southampton. An exciting opportunity has arisen within their Consumer Marketing team. 
 
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and providing direction to a CRM Manager, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on performance marketing. You will be a key player in shaping the digital marketing success of the brand. 
 
The Senior Marketing Manager will:
  • Plan, implement, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to meet specific KPIs, such as conversion rates, CTR, CPA and ROAS
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta and more
  • Create campaigns and activities across Social Media, email- utilising CRM
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders (including SEO/e-commerce/product teams)
  • Help define digital channel requirements, spend and consistency of messaging
  • 1 Direct Report (CRM Manager)
The ideal candidate will have/be:
 
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • A forward-thinking digital marketeer who can drive a brand's online presence through strategic paid media efforts
  • Familiarity working cross-functionally with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with customer-centric approach
  • Proven experience across paid media, CRM managing through to delivery and reporting
