The Senior Marketing Executive will:

• Lead and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on social media, email, paid media, influencer partnerships, and referral strategies.
• Test and innovate marketing initiatives, including new promotions, collaborations, and influencer campaigns, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration within the D2C space.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, managing performance channels such as paid social, search, affiliates, and email marketing.
• Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs like CPA, LTV, and retention rates, and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a marketing role within a high-growth D2C startup or agency, with knowledge of the ecommerce landscape.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns with creativity and precision.
• Passion for sustainability and wellness, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong copywriting skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
