Senior Game Producer – VR Gaming
Location: London, UK (Remote) 

We’re looking for a Senior Game Producer with proven experience in VR game development to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee the full development process for our cutting-edge VR games, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team, guiding them through every stage of the VR game development process.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, artists, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution and integration of all game components.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
• Conduct regular project reviews and adjust plans to stay on track with client expectations and industry standards.
• Foster a collaborative work culture that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Game Producer, with a strong portfolio of successful VR game projects.
• In-depth technical knowledge of VR development tools and platforms, including Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Strong project management experience, including risk management, budget oversight, and team leadership.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise with project management tools such as Jira, including backlog management, release planning, and scheduling.
• Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of current trends and genres.
