My Client is a fast growing Tech Scale up founded 9 years ago. As they grow & expand into new sectors and win new customers, they’re looking for a Senior Event Manager to help take their brand presence and customer engagement to the next level.

The Role
This is a contract role for a seasoned Senior Event Manager who can hit the ground running. You’ll be leading the planning and flawless execution of high-profile industry, internal, and customer events that build brand, grow  pipeline, and deepen relationships. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders both so confidence, professionalism, and flexibility are key.

I am looking for someone who’s hands-on, thrives on juggling multiple events, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done. If you’ve got B2B/Tech event experience and can steer complex projects with calm and clarity, I’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • End-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events (industry, partner, customer, internal).
  • Defining clear event goals and KPIs that align with business objectives.
  • Managing logistics and delivery across multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • Working closely with agencies—from creative to production—to ensure every detail is on-brand and on point.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape event identity and messaging.
  • Owning and managing event budgets.
  • Delivering post-event reporting and actionable insights.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B tech/services event marketing.
  • A proven track record with trade shows and customer events.
  • Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Outstanding project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience using marketing tools like HubSpot for lead capture and reporting.
  • A proactive, team-first mindset—and a sense of humour wouldn’t hurt either.
