Senior Digital Marketing Manager
• Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
• Location: Stratford-upon-Avon (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)
• Key Feature: Lead the digital team, including SEO, PPC, Content and UX optimisation
  
Our client is a fast-growing, PE backed consumer services business, providing unparalleled levels of services to consumers around the UK. With over 150 branches across England and Wales, they are committed to delivering outstanding support to individuals who wish to maintain their independence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital expansion and optimise key channels for success.
  
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will:
  • Execute the company’s ambitious 2025 strategy, delivering measurable growth across all digital channels.
  • Take ownership of the PPC strategy and work closely with the PPC Exec and PPC agency to drive the Digital strategy
  • Oversee major digital projects such as website refreshes, always-on social campaigns, and PPC landing page optimisation.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and high performance. (team of 12)
  • Act as a key stakeholder, providing insights and updates to senior leadership.
  
Essential Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Paid Media, with experience managing high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
  • Leadership experience, managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability in UX and CRO, implementing strategies to improve conversions.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
  • Broad digital knowledge, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
