I am looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join one of the fastest growing Fintechs in the UK, who have created a Digital Bank which is revolutionising the industry and transforming the banking experience for their customers. They are on a very exciting growth trajectory, increasing their deposits to £5 billion is just a few years!
You’ll be working very closely alongside the Head of Marketing to pioneer the digital marketing strategy, to increase brand presence and drive lead generation. It is a great stage to join the business as you will be integral in shaping the strategies and shape of the marketing team, with lots of opportunity for development and progression too!
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will:
- Campaign management: Lead and optimise digital campaigns across Google (including app store and search), Apple, Meta, and LinkedIn to increase client acquisition and grow brand awareness.
- Content ownership: Manage the planning, briefing, and execution of content across paid, owned, and organic digital channels, ensuring all output aligns with Monument’s brand and tone.
- Agency collaboration: Brief, manage, and evaluate agency partners to deliver best-in-class work, ensuring objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- SEO & website: Oversee website content updates with UX team and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and conversions.
- Analysis & optimisation: Regularly track, report, and refine campaign performance using data insights to ensure consistent improvement and ROI. We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who not only delivers measurable results but also establishes best practices for digital marketing as the company grows.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven digital marketing experience from a B2C environment, luxury experience would be a plus!
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Understanding of top of funnel campaigns.
- Self-driven and ambitious.
