Senior Designer

FIRST IN-HOUSE DESIGN HIRE - SPECIALIST INSURANCE GROUP

We're partnering with a fast-growing insurance group, who are looking for their first in-house Digital Designer. This business houses multiple brands and boasts industry awards that celebrate the exceptional product and service they provide.

What they need -

• An experienced digital designer with strengths across site experience and elevating the customer journey (ideally with prior insurance or B2C brand exposure)
• Someone who will help elevate the brand guidelines across multiple brands ensuring consistency of messaging and visual aesthetic across all customer touchpoints
• Working along side an agile team and agency support, you will deliver design briefs to support the ongoing growth of the business
• A designer who understands how to adapt their design style to different brands and consumers, creating very distinct customer experiences depending on the audience
• Someone who is confident working across a variety of digital design tasks, from website, social media, email, and other digital marketing collateral
• Also capable to pick up design requirements for any offline brand comms

What you're great at -

• Delivering exceptional multichannel creative for another B2C business
• A digital native who will strive to enhance and improve the UX and UI of the various websites
• Collaborating with different stakeholders to deliver design collateral for on and offline channels
• Developing brand identities and guidelines, creating design systems and style guides for the business
• Working in a fast paced business that's growing at pace, delivering exceptional design solutions to bolster their ongoing success
