This international B2B brand are re-inventing what "good" looks like when it comes to servicing their clients needs. They help their customers connect IRL with their customers, supporting a variety of brands and businesses with everything they need to pull off showstopping events. As their client roster continues to grow, they are looking for a tech-savvy Senior Designer to support a variety of brands across their multichannel design collateral.
We are looking for a creative thinker with strong design skills, and a track record producing marketing collateral across online as well as offline.
What they need:
- A digital first designer, who can turn their hand to shaping the visual identity of different clients across multiple on and offline channels
- Someone who knows how to really listen - who can distil down client briefs to find the creative hook and lead on how that is realised across all platforms
- A designer who embraces technology (no stranger to adopting AI tools to simplify the operational aspect of design processes) who can help marketing teams be more creative and effective
- Someone who has at the very least mentored other designers, who could confidently step into this "player-coach" role, producing design work as well as overseeing the work of the more junior designers in the team
- An effective collaborator, who can translate brand guidelines into seamless multichannel content/creative
- A designer who knows how to juggle multiple briefs and clients at once (agency background feels like it could be advantageous), flipping between different industries and event types yet never missing a beat when it comes to delivering first-class marketing collateral
What you're great at:
- Interpreting brand guidelines across a variety of brands and sectors and creating multichannel content and marketing collateral that elevates each clients TOV
- Working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, advising on design best practice, whether that be an email newsletter, social post or event signage
- Delivering compelling design solutions across a range of media - from online marketing, to video content, to onsite collateral (think big screens, multimedia signage), you must be confident pulling the brand tonality through all customer touchpoints
- Managing and mentoring other designers in the team, overseeing their workflow, constantly trying to elevate the quality of design collateral coming out of the creative team
- Supporting the Head of Creative, and coming up with concepts/visuals that can be effectively translated across multiple channels (with digital being a big focus)
