We’re delighted to be partnered with a pioneering consumer FinTech brand looking for a customer-focused Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to join a business going from strength to strength in which you will be given plenty of autonomy.

 

The Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager will:

  • Work cross-functionally to craft end to end lifecycle activities for existing customers across multiple brands.
  • Use customer insights and data to inform and optimise lifecycle activity, driving product engagement.
  • Work in partnership with Marketing and CRM to develop and manager customer lifecycle communications.

 

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience managing and developing customer lifecycle activities, ideally within retail financial services.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial and customer focused.
