The Senior CRM Executive will: - Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, manage, and optimise email campaigns using Ometria and Mailchimp.
- Leverage customer data to enhance segmentation, personalisation, and automation workflows.
- Analyse key email marketing metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Essential Skills: - Minimum 4 years of email marketing experience in retail or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in ESPs such as Ometria, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
