Role Features

The Bid Manager will:

• Lead the development of compliant, high-quality bid responses that align with client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and articulate value propositions and win themes.
• Analyse tender documents, ensuring compliance and maximising response scores.
• Research and incorporate project insights to strengthen proposals.
• Facilitate workshops and guide subject matter experts in crafting compelling responses.

Essential Skills

The Bid Manager will bring:

• Proven experience in bid writing, ideally within the construction industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, coupled with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word and collaborative tools like Teams and SharePoint.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to driving team success.
