The Role Of The RFP Writer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RFP Writer to join their Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality Request for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other client-driven documentation that effectively communicates the investment capabilities and firm expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process of drafting, editing, and managing RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for institutional and wholesale clients.
• Collaborate closely with investment, sales, and marketing teams to gather and articulate key insights about our strategies, philosophy, and processes.
• Maintain and enhance a centralised RFP content database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyse RFP trends and feedback to continuously improve response quality and effectiveness.
• Work under tight deadlines to produce compelling and customized responses that align with client needs.

Requirements

• Experience: Experience in RFP writing, investment communications, or a related role within asset management, financial services, or investment consulting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment strategies, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content with a keen eye for detail.
• Technology: Proficiency in RFP software (e.g., Qvidian, Loopio) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with investment professionals, sales teams, and senior leadership.
• Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
