BRAND NEW ART DIRECTION ROLE - FAST-GROWTH D2C RETAILER
This award winning, global business is laying down roots in the UK, and increasing their headcount in London with a number of critical business hires. The creative design team is a key pillar in terms of their ongoing success and we're looking for a Senior Art Director with exceptional taste levels to evolve and elevate the brands' visual TOV.
What they need –
- An experienced AD to help lead the ongoing evolution of the brands visual aesthetic
- Someone who can confidently lead the creative and artistic direction of the business with a strong track record doing so for another online retailer
- A digital native who understands how to devise meaningful concepts and ensure they translate across all customer touchpoints
- Someone to lead and guide the design (digital and video) specialists to ensure all assets are aligned with the brands TOV
- A strong communicator who can contribute to campaign development and serve as the brand guardian for all customer facing content
What you're great at –
- Refining the visual aesthetic for global retail brands, ideally with experience doing this in-house for another D2C business
- Delivering exceptional creative thought leadership for another beauty/fashion/lifestyle retailer
- Coming up with thought-provoking, high quality campaign creative to drive brand engagement and loyalty
- Using your background in digital/graphic design to inform your artistic decision making
- Delivering brand creative that can be adapted for different channels, ensuring the aesthetic and brand values are upheld across all customer touchpoints
