Senior Marketing Leader – Property Development

A prestigious real estate client is seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a rare opportunity for a senior, highly resourceful property marketeer to take charge of a major project at a pivotal stage of growth.

We are looking for a leader with gravitas, proven expertise in property marketing, and the ability to hit the ground running, shaping strategy and delivery at both the highest level and in day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and establish a clear marketing and communications strategy to support the achievement of a valuable planning permission by end of 2025.
  • Elevate the destination brand to a global audience, creating a structured programme to drive investor and occupier interest.
  • Implement and deliver strategic short-term milestones while building towards long-term goals.
  • Refine and professionalise the brand’s narrative and messaging, bringing immediate structure, discipline, and consistency to internal and external communications.
  • Merge development and investment narratives into one compelling, ambitious, and authentic proposition.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring collaboration across internal and external teams.
  • Support the CEO in maintaining and evolving the company’s creative culture.
  • Ensure budget and resource planning is optimised, and lead the creation of both digital and physical marketing assets through the right external partners.
Key Requirements:
  • Extensive senior-level experience in property marketing, ideally with exposure to destination brands or major development projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing strategies that deliver commercial value.
  • Strong leadership qualities: gravitas, high resourcefulness, and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimise delivery through external agencies and partners.
  • Skilled in narrative building, messaging refinement, stakeholder alignment, and strategic communications.
  • A practical, outcome-driven mindset with the ability to lead from the front while supporting and empowering the team.
