About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and scale a product that launched in 202. Since then, it has evolved into its own standalone business, benefiting from the support and resources of the parent company but working on a totally greenfield product that has never been done before!

With over 85,000 users already engaging with the app, the business is just getting started. Positioned in its beta phase, the product is set for significant growth in both user base and feature offerings. This is truly a 0-to-1 opportunity, perfect for a Product Manager eager to make a tangible impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive the Product Vision: Enhance existing features, including gamification and behaviour insights, while shaping the product’s long-term roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with a global leader in telematics to optimise data analysis and deliver impactful user insights.
  • Enhance User Engagement: Develop features like trip recording, personalised scoring, and tailored recommendations that add clear value to users.
  • Expand Product Horizons: Explore new lines, including monetisation, engagement and retention strategies, and opportunities for future products.


Skills Needed to Succeed

  • Product Management experience within the motor market or similar industries is advantageous, especially with telematics-driven solutions.
  • A track record of working on disruptive products that challenge the status quo.
  • Expertise in building two-sided marketplace platforms or ecosystem products.
  • Start-up experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in "fail fast, learn fast" environments.
  • Skilled in conducting customer research to test, validate, and refine ideas.
  • Proven ability to monetise data products while maintaining user trust and value.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, telematics, and behaviour analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
