Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a flair for supporting executive teams? We are seeking a dynamic Executive Personal Assistant to join our client’s prestigious team in King’s Cross. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where no two days are the same.

 

About the Role:

As an Executive PA to the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary & Email Management: Coordinating complex calendars, managing emails, and streamlining communication workflows.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organizing internal and external meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Project Support: Assisting in project delivery, compiling research, and creating compelling presentations.
  • Workflow Optimization: Managing task tracking systems to ensure projects stay on course.
  • Administrative Excellence: Overseeing office management, including filing systems, expenses, and team support.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary bridge between the SLT and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Onboarding Processes: Ensuring new team members are integrated seamlessly and effectively.

 

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years proven experience as a PA in a fast-moving, corporate, or agency setting, ideally supporting senior leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and SharePoint.
  • A creative mindset for preparing presentations and reports, with a flair for storytelling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • Financial acumen to manage invoicing, budgets, and expense reporting.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
