I am currently working with a digital health & wellness business. They're changing how people approach their health by offering easy access to diagnostics, a holistic range of treatments, ongoing care and medical advice, and a community to help. After a $30 million Series A round, we are on a mission to build one of the most impactful teams in the healthcare space 🚀

 

The role:

This role will oversee performance marketing across all categories and markets (UK & BR). This is a hybrid role, with a lot of strategic thinking, but will also be combined with elements of execution. Everyone in the team gets their hands dirty when it's necessary. You'll report directly into the CGO and lead on out customer acquisition strategy for the brand.

 

Ideal experience:

  • Managing paid advertising, ideally with the core bulk of your experience
  • Proven experience with performance marketing, primarily in Paid Social and SEM, demonstrating success in scaling accounts.
  • Deeply understands account best practices, when to implement them and when to deviate away from them depending on context.
  • Creative mindset. Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop ad creatives and implement a test-and-learn approach for optimisation. You will be heavily involved in shaping our creative process from ideation to delivery.
  • Speaks very fluently and capably with data. Has the ability to interpret data at a granular level to analyse tests, develop new hypotheses and to make optimisation decisions.
  • Able to autoomate and communicate regular reports to the Growth team and wider stakeholders. This will involve collaboration with the Data team and the Growth leads in the team who oversee category growth.
  • Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, using a range of measurement lenses to optimise spend effectively.
  • Experience in launching new marketing channels from the ground up.
