I am excited to be partnering with a leading gym with over 250 gyms across the UK, they are passionate about making fitness accessible to everyone! Due to growth, the brand is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to join the paid media team. The role will work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead on PPC, Paid Social, Display & Affiliates and be responsible for digital acquisition campaigns for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Display, etc.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights across channels on sales achieved through various campaigns and commercial performance.
• Reviewing and auditing current ad platforms and suggesting changes to the media agency as necessary.
• Provide reports on our digital marketing campaigns so amends to our strategy can be implemented based on results.
• Briefing media agency with upcoming offers, campaigns and tests.
• Working with the Marcomms team ideate and brief in new creative and copy for the media agency to test.
• Experiment with new advertising channels to support our growth goals.
• Working with the wider teams on new projects and building a digital marketing strategy to support initiatives.

Ideal Experience:

• Ideally, 1-2 years' experience in a performance marketing role either agency or inhouse, with hands on experience of the ad platforms.
• Experience in Meta or Google (both would be great but happy with one and to train you!)
• Excellent Excel skills
• GA4 knowledge – Be able to navigate around the platform and pull insights.
• Looker Studio – Be able to create dashboards within Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
