We are currently working with an award-winning vegan DTC brand, dedicated to reshaping the industry through inclusivity, sustainability and innovation.

 

You can find the brand in 7 countries across Europe and distributed in over 7,500 doors, with millions of subscribers served. As the brand continues to grow globally, they are searching for a talented and strategic Paid Social Lead.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Set the Paid Social strategy and implement ideal account & campaign structures
  • Optimize creative and tactics for a full funnel approach on Meta & Tiktok
  • Be a confident creative manager and steer our Paid Social creative strategy to ensure a high baseline of consistent performance
  • Leading the Performance Marketing Creative Strategist and external agency partners to steer creative excellence
  • Ensure precise event tracking for Paid Social channels, troubleshooting conversion tracking and cAPI issues
  • Run always on brand lift & conversion lift studies to ensure sufficient budget allocation to Paid Social
  • Implement an always on creative A/B testing roadmap to increase organisational know-how on high performing creatives
  • Design and implement landing pages that are optimized for Paid Social conversions
  • Stay at the forefront of creative trends and incorporate rising trends quickly

 

Ideal Experience

 

  • Experience with Paid Media strategy and execution preferably
  • in the Beauty or Consumer goods or Entertainment industries
  • Experience working with greater than $5M/year marketing budgets
  • Solid understanding of Meta & Tiktok algorithms
  • High level of experience with and passion for Paid Social creative strategy, from ideation to execution and reporting
  • Background in paid social marketing for ecommerce, direct to consumer, or subscription based businesses
  • Proficient on the DTC marketing funnel with the ability to prove Paid Social’s impact on other channels
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into action
  • Experience working with MMMs
