As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multi-channel campaigns that connect with corporate audiences and communicate value in a highly competitive market. You’ll lead on everything from digital strategy and content creation to internal communications and high-profile event management.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness and business growth.
  • Creating content across social media, email, SEO, brochures, and industry publications.
  • Leading on major campaigns such as the National Benchmarking Survey and Workforce Trends report.
  • Managing marketing assets, event logistics, and internal communications initiatives.
  • Providing regular insights, analytics, and campaign performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all communications touchpoints.
  
Ideal Profile
  • Proven marketing experience in B2B professional services environments.
  • A strong grasp of digital channels, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), and automation strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills - you will be working daily with c-suite.
  • Excellent project management abilities, able to deliver multiple initiatives on time and to a high standard.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
