We are exclusively recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join a prestigious, industry-leading firm at the forefront of high-end construction and development. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a sophisticated brand, shape its positioning in the luxury sector, and lead strategic marketing initiatives that define excellence.
  
This role offers the chance to work alongside senior leadership, oversee premium marketing campaigns, and curate an elevated brand presence that reflects the company’s reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and prestige.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand & Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and implement a high-level marketing strategy to enhance brand positioning and industry presence.
  • Ensure visual consistency, messaging, and brand reputation align with the company’s elite status.
  • Chair marketing meetings with senior leadership to drive strategy and execution.
Premium Marketing & Event Coordination
  • Manage a busy calendar of exclusive industry networking events.
  • Oversee high-quality marketing collateral, digital content, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, and designers to deliver exceptional brand assets.
Luxury Construction & Design Branding
  • Lead hoarding and site branding initiatives, ensuring each project maintains an elegant, high-end presence.
  • Curate and oversee photography, videography, and visual storytelling to showcase completed and ongoing projects.
Corporate Communications & Business Development
  • Work closely with senior leadership on high-profile tenders, bids, and business presentations.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with wider business objectives, providing performance analysis and engagement reports.
  
About You:
We are seeking an accomplished marketing professional who:
  • Has proven experience in brand strategy, marketing leadership, and premium positioning.
  • Thrives in luxury, high-end property, construction, or design industries is desirable.
  • Is visually creative, with expertise in branding, content creation, and high-impact storytelling.
  • Has a strong understanding of corporate communications, tenders, and bid packaging. Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
  • Is proficient in InDesign, Canva, and WordPress.
