We are working with a super exciting international D2C E-Commerce Subscription brand known for their high calibre product offering. It's a genuinely exciting time to join the business as whilst they are an established brand they are scaling and on a journey of positive brand transformation with new marketing leadership.
  
They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager in the growth team to look after Bottom Funnel Channels and drive customer acquisition campaigns tactics through Direct Mail, affiliate marketing, lead generation and partnerships. 
  
Focusing on both the UK and US markets, this role is about finding, testing, and scaling bottom-of-funnel channels that bring in high-converting customers.  You’ll work cross-functionally with CRM, Brand, creative and in-country teams o drive customer acquisition. 
  
Key responsibilities include:
  
  • Own and manage bottom-of-funnel acquisition channels, including affiliate marketing, lead generation, direct mail and partnerships.
  • Identify and test new direct response marketing opportunities, from direct mail placements to performance-driven partnerships.
  • Scale successful acquisition strategies across the UK and US, tailoring approaches by market.
  • Work closely with affiliate networks, direct mail providers, and lead gen partners to execute high-converting campaigns.
  • Optimize and improve landing pages and offer structures to drive higher conversion rates.
  • Test and optimise conversion rates and LTV
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on performance marketing KPIs

  
Required skills and experience:
  
  • Proven experience in bottom-funnel or direct response marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or subscription business
  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks, direct mail campaigns and lead generation funnels
  • A strong data-driven mindset
  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition tactics
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  • Experience testing and optimising first-order loss vs. conversion vs. customer LTV trade-offs 
  • Pro-active, agile and entrepreneurial approach
  • You'll be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, sometimes working with ambiguity and figuring out processes for yourself
