Marketing Manager - Build to Rent - £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Our client is a leading mixed-use developer, creating iconic destinations. As part of its ambitious growth, our client are focusing on expanding their Build to Rent offering, and as a result are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead this growth.
The Marketing Manager will:
- Deliver high-impact BTR marketing campaigns across UK and international markets, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
- Manage external agencies and consultants, including marketing, PR, digital, media, and creative teams.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, from digital assets to print materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Lead the design and management of show apartments and marketing suites to enhance customer engagement.
- Work closely with the leasing and development teams to drive lead generation, customer experience, and brand loyalty.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in residential marketing, including BTR.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets and external agencies.
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing, CRM tools, and advertising strategies.
- A creative thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
