We are working with a super exciting international D2C E-Commerce Subscription brand known for their high calibre product offering. It's a genuinely exciting time to join the business as whilst they are an established brand they are scaling and on a journey of positive brand transformation with new marketing leadership.
  
They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager in the growth team to look after Upper Funnel Channels and drive brand awareness customer acquisition campaigns through performance video, audio, content affiliates, and brand partnerships.
  
Focusing on both the UK and US markets, this role is about expanding the brand's reach and engaging new audiences—finding, testing, and scaling top-of-funnel channels that drive new customer growth. You’ll manage video campaigns, audio sponsorships, influencer and content partnerships, and brand collaborations, optimizing performance at every step.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  
  • Owning and managing top-of-funnel acquisition channels, including performance video, audio sponsorships/podcasts, content affiliates, prospecting direct mail and brand partnerships.
  • Developing successful upper-funnel acquisition strategies for the UK and US markets
  • Working closely with brand partners and content affiliates to execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Optimizing and improving creative messaging to drive both brand awareness and direct response outcomes
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to scale and optimize spend
  • Use A/B testing to refine strategies
  • Managing budgets efficiently
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on performance marketing KPIs
  • Working closely with internal teams including: Brand, Creative, CRM as well as external agencies and stakeholders
  
Required skills and experience:
  
  • Proven experience in upper-funnel or brand-led marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or subscription business
  • Hands-on experience managing video campaigns, podcast advertising, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  • A strong data-driven mindset
  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition tactics and how to scale brand-led performance channels efficiently
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns A passion for continuous testing and optimization—you love digging into numbers to find growth opportunities.
  • Pro-active, agile and entrepreneurial approach
  • You'll be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, sometimes working with ambiguity and figuring out processes for yourself
