What you’ll be doing:
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement a marketing strategy that supports the company’s ambitious growth goals.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Develop and oversee campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and more, while collaborating with external agency partners.
- Brand Management: Maintain and grow a strong brand presence across multiple platforms.
- Content Creation: Drive the creation of high-quality, impactful content, from social media to case studies, reports, and newsletters.
- Website Optimisation: Manage and enhance the website, ensuring functionality and ongoing SEO improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to align marketing efforts with recruitment, sales, and company objectives.
About you:
- Proven experience developing and delivering marketing strategies.
- Expertise in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for making an impact in the recruitment and infrastructure sectors.
- Previous experience in recruitment marketing is highly advantageous.
