Marketing Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Strategy Development: Craft and implement a marketing strategy that supports the company’s ambitious growth goals.
• Digital Marketing Leadership: Develop and oversee campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and more, while collaborating with external agency partners.
• Brand Management: Maintain and grow a strong brand presence across multiple platforms.
• Content Creation: Drive the creation of high-quality, impactful content, from social media to case studies, reports, and newsletters.
• Website Optimisation: Manage and enhance the website, ensuring functionality and ongoing SEO improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to align marketing efforts with recruitment, sales, and company objectives.

About you:

• Proven experience developing and delivering marketing strategies.
• Expertise in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A passion for making an impact in the recruitment and infrastructure sectors.
• Previous experience in recruitment marketing is highly advantageous.
