Our client, an innovative design-focused company, seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to drive its strategic marketing initiatives and elevate its digital presence. This role involves overseeing content creation, aligning cross-functional teams, and leading digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and other digital platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with business development and creative leads to ensure all marketing activities align with the company’s broader objectives and branding.
  • Campaign Leadership: Design, implement, and approve content strategies for social media and digital marketing initiatives, managing these through all phases, from ideation to execution, on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Lead and inspire the team, including direct management of junior members, to ensure consistent high performance and foster professional growth.
  • Public Relations & Media Coordination: Work directly with external PR partners and company directors, attending regular meetings to review media strategies. Manage public relations on social media platforms, collaborating closely with PR teams to handle inquiries and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess digital campaign performance, using analytics tools to track progress and identify areas for growth. Present key insights and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Budget Oversight: Responsible for monitoring the budget for marketing events and campaigns, ensuring all expenses align with organizational goals and submitting updates to operations as needed.
  • Content Development: Create, edit, and supervise digital content that reflects brand standards and maintains a cohesive tone across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in marketing, ideally with experience in Design
  • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team with a focus on professional growth and high-quality content delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital tools, including Google Analytics, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Skilled in both written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail and alignment with strategic goals.
