I am working with an investment group who are at the forefront of innovation, partnering with growing tech businesses. My client are committed to achieving sustainable growth, and ensuring financial-wellbeing, to help support and elevate emerging businesses in their growth journey.

 

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for creating robust marketing strategies and leading on marketing initiatives for the group brand.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost visibility and increase brand awareness.
  • Rebrand Management: Lead the planning and execution of the ongoing rebrand, ensuring all elements align with the brand guidelines.
  • Sales and Marketing Collateral Creation: Lead product marketing initiatives by developing and maintaining compelling collateral, ensuring our offerings are precisely tailored to meet market needs and are communicated effectively to our target audience.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct continuous market and competitive research to understand evolving customer needs and preferences, stay ahead of industry trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a dedicated international marketing and design team to support strategic goals and drive company growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business development and senior leadership teams to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring all teams are working towards common goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, efficiently allocating resources to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute participation in industry events, conferences, partner events, and other activities to represent and enhance brand visibility and awareness.

 

Required Skills and Experience

 

  • Previous experience working in Fintech/RegTech/SaaS is essential.
  • Experienced generalist marketer, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies.
