Marketing Executive

I am working with an innovative, family-owned business dedicated to redefining the Property sector. They create homes, communities, and spaces that truly matter, ensuring attention to detail in every aspect of their work. 

After a few very successful years and impressive company growth, my client are now seeking a Marketing Executive to come in and lead on all things marketing. They are a business all about culture, so you will be part of a very close-knit and supportive team. 

The Marketing Executive will:

• Social Media & Branding: Maintain and update the companies LinkedIn to align with their mission and values, build the brand, and generate leads.
• PR Coordination: Collaborate with the PR team to ensure key messaging reaches the right audiences.
• Branding: Keep marketing materials fresh, engaging, and on-brand, to enhance visibility and brand recognition.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the graphic design agency to develop impactful marketing assets.
• Content Creation: Assist in crafting compelling content that resonates with our community.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute community-building events.
• Charity & Social Responsibility: Support charity campaigns and community initiatives.

Key skills and experience:

• 2+ years of marketing experience within a B2B business, ideally Property/PS/FS.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Passion for brand building and able to tell a narrative.
