Marketing Director

3Search are partnered with a dynamic and innovative services firm, committing to delivering exceptional services to their clients. They're going through a huge period of growth and as a result are looking for a Marketing Director to supercharge their strategy. 

The Role:

As the Marketing Director you will lead the marketing efforts, setting the strategic direction while overseeing all aspects of marketing execution. You’ll be responsible for refining the brand positioning, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This is a key leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, manage a talented marketing team, and own the end-to-end marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Oversee all B2B marketing initiatives, including content marketing, digital campaigns, events, and PR.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Build out a new Proposition Framework
• Own brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and communications.

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a B2B environment.
• Strong track record of driving measurable growth and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, PR, and branding.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
