About the Position

Based in London, this role supports key regulatory practices and regional initiatives, focusing on projects that enhance visibility and drive growth. You will work closely with a highly skilled, international team, contributing to diverse marketing and business development efforts.


Key Duties

  • Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and updating of marketing materials, including website content, brochures, newsletters, and social media posts. Coordinate integrated campaigns and manage content for events and thought leadership.
  • Event Management: Organize and deliver events, webinars, and programs aligned with business development objectives.
  • Business Development: Support proposal and pitch preparation, client relationship management initiatives, and strategic growth programs.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct research on market trends and opportunities, and maintain internal databases and resources to optimize efficiency.


We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant marketing or business development role within professional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of InDesign and CRM tools being advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A client-focused approach, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with international teams.
