The Role:

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns that drive footfall and brand engagement. You’ll be actively involved in event management, social media strategy, agency coordination, and campaign execution. With a hands-on approach, this role offers significant exposure to all aspects of marketing in a retail setting. The role requires an energetic, self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys taking the initiative.

Role Features:

• Event Management: Lead operations for events, liaise with agencies and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns to promote centre activities and enhance brand performance.
• Digital Marketing: Support digital initiatives, including social media management and website content updates.
• Agency Liaison: Assist in managing relationships with creative, digital, and PR agencies to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
• Reporting: Take ownership of reporting on campaign performance and ROI to ensure marketing activities are driving the desired results.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva for design and content creation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, providing support to colleagues where necessary.
