The Marketing Executive will: - Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define campaign briefs, develop standout materials, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Digital Marketing: Manage email communications, website updates, and internal platforms. Create engaging content, coordinate approvals, and analyse campaign data. Oversee internal tools such as the company intranet and support LinkedIn activity.
- Internal Communications: Plan and deliver internal marketing campaigns and employee engagement initiatives, including themed communication days and internal events.
- Events & Conferences: Organise select client-facing and internal events, including brief creation, budget management, invitations, and logistics. Use tools like Cvent, Zoom, and HubSpot to manage communications and track success.
- Marketing Operations: Support the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including CRM and event tools management, reporting, branded merchandise coordination, and inbox management.
Required skills and experience for the Senior Marketing Executive: - 2+ years of marketing experience in Financial or Professional Services.
- Knowledge of marketing tool including webflow, hubspot, cvent and zoom.
- Strong stakeholder management.
