This role has opened due to maternity leave, offering an exciting opportunity to shape a loyalty programme from inception.
The
Loyalty Proposition & Programme Manager will spearhead the design, launch, and ongoing management of a new customer loyalty scheme. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and BI teams, you’ll create a compelling proposition that boosts customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop the loyalty programme strategy, objectives, and KPIs from the ground up
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design an engaging customer journey
- Oversee the implementation and launch of the programme, ensuring seamless integration
- Monitor performance, analyse key metrics, and recommend optimisation strategies
- Manage the loyalty programme's P&L, including budgeting for gifts and incentives
Essential Skills: - Proven experience in developing and launching customer loyalty programmes
- Strong understanding of loyalty P&L and financial performance metrics
- Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for insights and opportunities
- Familiarity with GDPR and PECR regulations
