Loyalty Proposition & Programme Manager (12-Month Contract, Part-Time)
  • Salary: £44,000 (Part-Time, 3 day working week)
  • Location: Bedfordshire (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

We are working with a dynamic, fast-paced D2C/ecommerce business passionate about enhancing the lives of pets and their owners. With a commitment to innovation and quality, our client is a leader in pet health and wellness, delivering products that make a tangible difference in pets' lives worldwide. This role has opened due to maternity leave, offering an exciting opportunity to shape a loyalty programme from inception.
  
The Loyalty Proposition & Programme Manager will spearhead the design, launch, and ongoing management of a new customer loyalty scheme. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and BI teams, you’ll create a compelling proposition that boosts customer engagement and retention.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the loyalty programme strategy, objectives, and KPIs from the ground up
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design an engaging customer journey
  • Oversee the implementation and launch of the programme, ensuring seamless integration
  • Monitor performance, analyse key metrics, and recommend optimisation strategies
  • Manage the loyalty programme's P&L, including budgeting for gifts and incentives
  
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in developing and launching customer loyalty programmes
  • Strong understanding of loyalty P&L and financial performance metrics
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for insights and opportunities
  • Familiarity with GDPR and PECR regulations
