Loyalty Operations Specialist
Heritage retail brand
3-6 month contract
Outside IR35, open on day rate
Hybrid or remote working but must be UK based
The successful candidate, reporting to the Loyalty Operations Manager within the Loyalty team, will be responsible for managing and executing key loyalty projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end testing for all upcoming loyalty initiatives, ensuring that new functionalities are implemented accurately, and providing feedback on any defects to the IT team.
- Supporting business change efforts by working closely with Internal Communications to effectively convey updates.
- Documenting all new loyalty processes for easy reference and clarity.
- Managing the year-end loyalty process, serving as the main liaison with IT to ensure accurate calculation of member tiers and benefits as the new benefit year begins.
Key skills:
- Experience with Emarsys would be a bonus
- Knowledge of retail and/or worked on a loyalty scheme
- Hands-on technical experience, understanding and worked on migration projects
