This is an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to take the next step in their career by joining a growing team in a global Real Estate business

Working as part of the Communications team, you will play a key role in developing the internal communications strategy to drive employee engagement across different business units

Key responsibilities:

• Work with senior management and communications team to drive internal communications strategy
• Drive engagement for internal events such as town halls and major business updates
• Use research and analysis to feedback to the business on campaign effectiveness
• Work with business unit leaders to ensure clear messaging and in line with overall strategy

Key skills & experience:

• Experience in a professional services/real estate/financial services business
• 3+ years experience in Internal Communications roles
• Proven experience working with senior management to develop internal messaging
