MANAGING DESIGN & COPY PRODUCTION - DIGITAL ARENA FOR FAST SCALING FIN-TECH This business has broken the mould of what "good" looks like when it comes to a fast-scaling, disruptor in the fin-tech space. As the business continues to scale they are at a point where the Digital design & Content/Copy team need dedicated production oversight. We are looking for a seasoned creative production lead, to manage the workflow of all creative that goes out across the business.
What they need - - A strategic content & creative lead who can oversee creative production in their in-house studio (working with designers, copywriters and agency/freelance support)
- Someone who's confident interrogating creative briefs, assigning the appropriate resource to each assignment and overseeing the timelines for each project
- A content production specialist who knows how to project management the roll out of multiple content briefs across multiple channels
- Someone who can facilitate a steady and productive flow of work being briefed in by the wider business to the design & copy teams, across a range of deliverables
- A highly organised individual who knows how to prioritise and project manage the creative output for a brand with vast design & content requirements (predominantly digital channels)
What you're great at - - Acting as the bridge/intermediary between teams, interpreting the desired commercial outcomes of work briefed into the creative team whilst bringing a good understanding of the creative process and how to get the best out of designers/copy specialists
- Whether your track record be client-side or agency you know how to communicate with the various stakeholders and excel at studio management
- Interpreting creative briefs, aligning on asset creation, and liaising across the team to ensure the timely delivery of all content
- Working at pace with tight deadlines, juggling multiple creative briefs at one time
- Stepping into a creative studio and managing expectations and outputs from across different marketing & content contributors
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital collateral for another consumer facing business
- Ideally you'll have the ability to audit existing systems, tools and processes to elevate the quality of the studio production and design/copy output across the business
