3Search are delighted to be partnered with a high-growth, disruptive scaling business in the technology logistics industry (D2C)- they're one of the fastest growing companies in their category and it's a super exciting time to join them. This is a newly created role which will allow you to make impact from day 1 and genuinely have true ownership of go-to-market strategy and product roadmaps across both B2C and B2B marketplace growth. The brand has millions of customers across the UK and Europe since their launch 10 years ago with sustainability at the heart of their brand. 

As the Head of Product Marketing you will report into the CMO and lead efforts across the UK and European markets. You'll be responsible for defining and executing the product marketing strategy and go-to-market campaigns. You will drive conversion, repeat usage, and encourage highly personalised lifecycle communications across various owned channels. Initially you will manage a CRM Manager but the vision is to build your own team. It's a highly collaborative and 'test and learn' environment so you'll be working cross-functionally with internal teams.

What you'll be doing:

    • Define and focus on the priority opportunities by becoming the voice of the customer within the team, understanding how customers are interacting with the product, and where we have opportunities to better help them based on their segments
    • Driving and supporting on new market launches
    • Working with the Product Martech team to own the development of new features and tools to better communicate with customers throughout the journey, measuring through robust A/B testing 
    • Create engaging personalised content and CRM campaigns
    • Driving repeat initiatives and behaviours as well as customer acquisition 
    • Leading and owning technology tools including Hubspot

Ideal candidate experience:

    • Extensive experience (ideally 8+ years) with both B2C and B2B
    • Previous knowledge of CRM best practices, in particular with tools such as HubSpot
    • The ability to run and analyse data
    • Experience working with agile methodologies 
    • A collaborative and influential approach, with the ability to gain buy-in from, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business 
    • Excellent communication skills 
    • Highly commercial, you measure and understand the impact of your work on key business metrics such as revenue generation 
    • Ability to work in fast paced, agile environment and get things done
