The Business

I'm partnering with an entrepreneur led tech business that has scaled rapidly over the last few years, offering and increasingly sophisticated suite of products aimed at the talent sector. They offer a similar suite of packages to Shopify, for a very specific sector worth £50 billion in the UK alone.

Tech innovations mean they are due to double in size again over the next year or so, and are releasing a suite of new products that will provide new revenue streams. They operate in a market sector which is continually evolving, is technologically immature, but where there is an appetite to invest in technology to improve efficiency. The business requires a product marketing to work closely with product and engineer to craft the narrative and proposition, and taking it to market.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Create marketing campaigns - Work with marketing teams to drive product launches, updates, go-to-marker strategies and more
• Product positioning - Create a compelling narrative and proposition that drives purchases in an increasingly tech savvy B2B market
• User journey mapping - Champion the voice of the customer, and developer an indicative user journey, creating touchpoints to convert them
• Community engagement - Capture feedback, and factor back in to product development to create a product informed by customer need
• Demand Generation - Work with teams to drive demos, trials and more, using demand gen principles

Who might you be?

• Extensive product marketing in a SaaS business
• At least 7 years' experience
• Ambitious, having worked in an environment which regularly releases new products and updates
