3Search is partnered with a global professional services firm who are searching for an experienced Head of Internal Communications.
You will be working very closely with the Communications Director to ensure the successful implementation of the internal communications strategy and execution plans across internal audiences.
As the business undertakes new technology to improve their communications, you will work on large-scale projects and have a voice to bring new ideas to the table. You will also build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will have a proven experience building and developing internal communications strategies, is a master of stakeholder management and has worked in a corporate environment.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years internal communications experience
- Experience in a Professional Services/Financial Services (B2B) environment essential
- Technical experience working with intranet tools
- Proven experience working with senior leadership teams and delivering firm-wide strategies
