Head of Earned Media / Head of Influencer Marketing Salary: Circa £70k Remote Working (must be based within UK) We are exclusively partnered with a really exciting, aspirational, premium fashion brand (womenswear & menswear) who are looking to hire an experienced Head of Earned Media to build, shape and scale the Influencer, Partnerships and affiliate function within the brand. The brand are a pioneering luxury brand with a strong commitment to sustainable practices, sourcing the finest materials based on fashion’s first naturally carbon negative supply chain.
Launched in 2020 the brand has built strong market recognition and delivered positive growth and recently completed their Series A fundraising with international expansion on the horizon. This is a a unique opportunity to be the foundational influencer lead, in future building a best-in-class team for a pioneering brand.
Key responsibilities: I
nfluencer Marketing & Advocacy:
- Developing and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy including identifying, vetting and building relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Overseeing influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values
- Tracking analyse, and report on influencer campaign performance, optimizing for engagement and ROI
Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships: - Build and scale an affiliate marketing program that drives revenue and brand visibility
- Recruit and manage relationships with relevant affiliates, bloggers, and digital publishers
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Strategic Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: - Identify and secure strategic brand partnerships that enhance market presence
- Building out the brand’s nascent celebrity styling program
- Negotiate and structure co-branded collaborations with like-minded fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the creative, brand and performance marketing teams to amplify brand reach
- Manage the external PR agency
- Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure measurable ROI.
- Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, affiliate networks, and fashion industry partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Experience: - 5 years + proven experience driving growth, preferably within a scale-up brand, ideally luxury, ecommerce and/or DTC brands.
- Experienced influencer/organic media marketer, you have strong hands experience as well as strategic ability having previously developed and implemented influencer strategies.
- You understand how wider growth marketing mix and how organic marketing all pull together.
- Strong understanding of organic marketing channels and strategies, as well as performance metrics.
- Familiarity, passion and interest in sustainable practices.
- Creative thinking to devise new innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
