I am working with a DTC Supplement business looking to make a difference in health and longevity. The CEO is a formal medical doctor who realised that many of the conditions treated in modern healthcare are preventable and linked to ageing and lifestyle factors. The brand uses science and natural agents to help people with health and longevity. The brand has seen some serious growth globally, with the USA being its primary market.

 

Due to growth, they are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to join their team reporting to the CEO.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and execute the digital strategy, across acquisition and retention.
  • Delivering a testing program to develop new marketing channels that can be scaled to a significant proportion of the revenue mix.
  • Drive growth through scaling performance marketing across multiple channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Influencer, Affiliate etc).
  • Build a creative production engine that fuels our paid social growth through direct response.
  • Develop landing pages for paid efforts and owning, optimising, tracking and reporting customer behaviour through the full funnel of acquisition and conversion.
  • Work with the CRM manager to create a best-in-class lifecycle marketing function to drive long term LTV and retention.
  • Work with developers and CROs to develop a best-in-class conversion optimised website.
  • Analysing quantitative and qualitative data for business insights, improving our data-stack as you go
  • Develop and grow a lean, skilled and focused growth team.
  • Own the setting, strategic adjustment to and monitoring of spend and departmental budgets. Helping model out different scenarios and forecasts, providing optimistic and conservative targets.
  • Be an active member of the brands leadership team, influencing and owning long term strategy decisions.

 

Ideal Background:

 

  • Strong experience driving significant, sustained growth at DTC/supplement (or similar related industry) ecom brands.
  • Acquiring and retaining customers is what you do best.
  • US market experience
  • Have hands-on & strategic experience in the following functions: Meta & Google ads, performance creative strategy, conversion rate optimisation, lifecycle marketing.
  • Excel at delivering big picture strategy, but also be able to get hands-on to build things from the ground up where necessary.
  • Have experience hiring and managing a team.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment: working lean and quickly with available resources, making data based decisions
  • Highly numerate, attentive to detail and analytically minded
  • Driven, ambitious and solution oriented
