Circa £60-75k + performance based bonus model

3Search are delighted to be partnered exclusively once again with a fantastic D2C business in the pet wellness & food space. The business has scaled rapidly and is well backed financially with a fantastic culture. 


This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the brand to help establish, build and manage their experiential and sales activation programme. You'll be working closely with the Head of Growth and various internal teams to create and build a new framework of direct sales event/activation actiivty for the brand.
  
The role focuses on leveraging experiential marketing to showcase the brand's products and engage with and ultimately acquire more customers propelling the business forward to become a market leader in it's category. 
  
You will have the opportunity to build out your own team internally as well as on-board third party vendors/suppliers and agencies as you see fit. 
  
  • Drive substantial incremental revenue by establishing new direct sales channels- specifically experiential/events and sales promotion activities 
  • Develop the model internally and lead it to post 'proof-of-concept' phase
  • Develop and execute new experiential sales strategies that align with business objectives
  • Measure and report on the ROI of experiential campaigns 
  • Plan, organise and manage experiential campaigns (pop-ups, activations, in-person events etc.)- including delegating and project managing external stakeholders and suppliers
  • Recruit manage and mentor a team of in-house sales specialists/brand ambassadors to attend key events 
  • Manage budgets for experiential campaigns (significant amount has already been earmarked) 
  • Overseeing project timelines and deliverables
  • Working collaboratively with marketing team to deliver on-brand experiences 
  
Ideal experience/skills required:
  
  • Extensive experience within experiential marketing/sales promotion within a D2C or B2C environment (including agency side)
  • Proven success in establishing new functions/frameworks 
  • Experienced working in fast paced, agile and scaling environments 
  • Track record of driving sales through experiential activity and strategies 
  • Expertise planning and managing experiential events/activations/pop-ups 
Working pattern:
  
Whilst the role is predominantly remote it is also dynamic and often irregular, reflecting the fast-paced and hands-on nature of the role. Typically a minimum 1-2 weekends per month with frequent travel and overnight stays at events. Many working days will also occur over public holidays. The role requires flexibility to adjust schedules based on event timelines, last-minute changes, or extended operating hours. This working pattern requires strong time management skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude to manage the demands of a dynamic and customer-facing environment- with time off in lieu given.
