The Head of Demand Generation will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy, leveraging organic, paid, email, and event-driven campaigns.
- Drive pipeline growth by delivering high-quality leads and optimizing conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align campaigns with business priorities.
- Implement and enhance MarTech stacks, ensuring the right tools and processes are in place for scalable lead generation.
- Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team as the function evolves.
- Analyse campaign performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Required skills and experience: - Proven experience in a senior demand generation role, ideally within fintech or a high-growth b2b tech environment.
- A strong track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Data-driven mindset with deep analytical and reporting capabilities.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
