Head of Campaigns & Digital

3Search are delighted to be working with a national B2C organisation in the sustainability space who are supporting the UK's drive towards Net Zero. This Head of Campaigns & Digital role is a key part of delivering this message through digital campaigns to audiences nationwide.
Sitting within the senior marketing team, this role will oversee and lead the implementation of the department's strategy across all digital channels including social media and programmatic. Reporting into the Deputy Director of Marketing, you will oversee a highly competent team of 8 with 2 direct reports (senior managers) from a strategic standpoint. There will also be exposure to ATL channels and campaigns and the digital team work closely with the brand team. Working closely with external media and creative agencies as well as internal departments, you'll be responsible for big budget campaigns drawing on a range of digital data and audience insights to drive campaign effectiveness. You'll drive the ongoing digital strategy that drives behaviour change; this is a strategic and fluid role which will see you work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
